We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Delivery Associate specializing in the transportation of lightweight documents. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van or similar vehicle to deliver lightweight documents to designated locations promptly.
- Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery speed and accuracy while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
- Handle lightweight documents with care, ensuring they are delivered intact and on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading documents, including some light lifting as needed.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role, preferably with van driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in warehouse environments or handling light physical tasks such as lifting lightweight items.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate deliveries and interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and plan routes efficiently.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting of lightweight documents or packages when necessary.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance basics.

Pay: £40.00-£60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 4.0 per week
