Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of hands-on tasks that support plastering and cleaning . Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to creating safe, attractive, and functional outdoor and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
- Assist with plastering asks such as planting, pruning, to ensure healthy and visually appealing outdoor areas
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including excavators and irrigation systems with safety and precision
- Support construction projects by preparing sites, moving materials, and performing general labour duties under supervision
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, tools, and grounds to ensure safety standards are met
- Help with plastering activities like preparation or shrubs, and mulching to enhance plastering esthetics
- Follow safety protocols during all tasks and report any hazards or issues promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lebrin construction, or related fields is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and the use of hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators or irrigation equipment
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with plastering a plus
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to safety standards
- Valid driver’s license is an asset; certification in equipment operation or safety training is advantageous but not mandatory
