Please note that this is 20 hours per week role.
We are looking for an applicant who has the appropriate experience to join our established team.
You will provide direct care and support to adults with complex needs and learning disabilities within the Orchard Day service.
We are keen to seek someone who has a good understanding of the needs of people with Complex health needs and Profound multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
Individuals will need to demonstrate and apply Person Centred Principles and be able to show a commitment towards meaningful, fulfilled, creative delivery of service within the Orchard.
Under the supervision of the Senior Support Worker assist with the implementation of Individuals Personal Care Plan (IPP’s), activities and/or therapeutic groups whilst promoting partnership working with allied professionals.
The successful person to be able to demonstrate an ability to work within a fully integrated team with TEWV partners in a rapidly changing environment, as well as having the ability to identify any potential threats/risks, taking active steps to rectify and overcome them.
