About the Role
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work as part of the wider care team to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care in line with agreed care plans. You will support children and young people with a range of complex needs, helping to deliver individualised care while promoting comfort, dignity and quality of life.

- Competent and confident in providing personal care and undertaking agreed clinical care tasks within role boundaries
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and escalate concerns appropriately
- Professional, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
About You
You may already have experience working in health or social care, ideally supporting children, young people or individuals with complex needs.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills, basic IT skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a 24/7 rota.
Most importantly, you will be caring, positive and committed to making a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families.

This is a permanent, full-time Band 3 position, working long days and nights as part of a 24/7 rota.
