About NeurophysCare Ltd
NeurophysCare Ltd is a growing healthcare SME specialising in neurophysiology diagnostic services for NHS Trusts and the independent sector. We deliver high‑quality, compliant EEG, EMG/NCS and consultant‑led clinics across the UK.
As a start‑up organisation, we move quickly, adapt constantly, and value people who enjoy responsibility, challenge, and contributing to real organisational growth.
The Role
We are looking for a full‑time Team Administrator who is career‑driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
This is not a passive admin role. You will be a key part of our operations team, supporting day‑to‑day activity, liaising with NHS partners, and helping keep our clinical services running smoothly.
A background in neurophysiology or healthcare is helpful but not essential — what matters most is attitude, reliability, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.

- Manage shared email inboxes (bookings, operations, enquiries).
- Communicate with NHS departments, hospitals, and clinical staff to confirm details, obtain information, and pass updates.

- Support scheduling and coordination of clinical activity.
- Maintain accurate electronic records using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Update trackers, logs, and basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with onboarding, training documentation, and file management.
- Support document control in line with our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Professionalism & Compliance
- Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and NHS Information Governance.
- Work within our Cyber Essentials‑aligned, paper‑free operating model.
- Uphold NeurophysCare’s standards around quality, safety, sustainability, and patient‑centred care.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communicator (phone and email).
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance.
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare, NHS or regulated environments.
- Previous experience in a start‑up or small business.
- Interest in building a long‑term career within operations or healthcare services.
Why Join Us
- Full‑time, stable hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5).
- Opportunity to grow with a developing healthcare organisation.
- Exposure to NHS operations and quality frameworks.
- Supportive, professional team with high standards.
- A role where you can genuinely make an impact — not just “do admin”.
