This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience.
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employment changes through to offboarding, while working with people managers to keep processes efficient, compliant and employee focused.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to managers on established HR policies and processes.

Manage the administration of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and employment changes.

Process documentation relating to Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity), Long Service awards and employee recognition.

Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Carrying our right to work checks, ensuring legal compliance at all times.

Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to queries or escalating where appropriate.

Managing the probation review process and supporting employee lifecycle administration.
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of HR processes.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Organised and structures approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information accurately and confidentially.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support.
