Wales Environmental is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join our team at our Cardiff Head Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to become part of a friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as the first point of contact for our customers while providing administrative support to our operations team.
Your responsibilities will include answering incoming telephone calls, responding to customer enquiries, processing payments over the phone, and ensuring customer information is handled accurately and efficiently. Full training will be provided, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their skills and progress within the business.

Key responsibilities:

Salary & benefits:
- £26,500 - £28,000 per year (depending on age and experience).
