Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines to complete work efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding, to achieve desired finishes.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the project to ensure high standards are met before final inspection.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Valid driving license to access various work sites efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear interactions with clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights, handling chemicals, and operating equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina for standing, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality across multiple job locations.
