What you will be doing
- Assist the Dentist in supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and patient care.
- Oversee administrative tasks including patient records management, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
Your Skills
- Sales / management experience with a background in retail management or healthcare settings preferred.
- Supervising experience with team management capabilities essential for leadership roles.
- Good communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks possibly as record keeping and scheduling.
- Good phone etiquette and customer service skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to prioritise task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
