Working Pattern 5 out of 6 (Monday to Saturday)
Shift Time 7:00am- 15:30pm, 11:00am - 19:30pm and 08:00am - 16:30pm business dependent
Driving Lic is required for this position

What You Will Do

Clean heavy and small catering equipment to the required standard using the correct materials and instructions.

Operate industrial dishwashers across multiple catering areas to keep service running smoothly.

Dispose of kitchen waste safely and correctly, maintaining clean, organised workspaces.

Maintain excellent hygiene, complete 3 checks for safety and submit Near Miss cards.

Support chefs with basic food preparation while being mindful of dietary requirements.

Transport provisions and equipment between catering areas to assist the wider team.
