We are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our growing, busy and successful private dental practice.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, lead and motivate the team, drive performance and patient experience, and help shape the continued growth and success of the business. This role suits someone who is resilient, proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about high standards.
Dental or medical practice experience is preferred, however we are also keen to hear from strong managers from other relevant industries such as hospitality, healthcare, luxury retail or customer service environments who can demonstrate excellent leadership, operational and people-management skills.

Excellent salary package based on experience.
