What You'll Be Doing

Creating and updating engineer schedules to ensure work is allocated effectively.

Managing and maintaining trackers, records, and project documentation.

Supporting operational teams with scheduling queries and day-to-day administration.

Updating internal systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Producing reports and identifying any data discrepancies.

Communicating with engineers, supervisors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Ensuring documentation and records are completed in line with company procedures.

Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, coordination, or support role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
