360 Services is currently seeking Full & Part-time cleaners to join our team and work at various locations throughout London. We are looking for people who are able to undertake full time work as well as, occasional shifts or one off end of tenancy cleans for our clients in Social Housing. Experience would be ideal but we will consider all levels of cleaner.
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our clients.
Cleaners may be required at some jobs to bring their own cleaning products. If so they will be paid a higher rate of pay negotiated before the start of each job.
Our rate of pay is: £12.91p/h - £13.50p/h
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
Ensure all communal areas, offices, and restrooms are always kept clean and well-maintained.
Empty and dispose of waste and recycling bins appropriately.
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to maintain a sanitary environment.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate inventory is maintained.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Collaborate effectively with other cleaning staff and communicate any relevant information to ensure a seamless cleaning process.
Monitor the standard of cleaner of your colleague ensuring all tasks have been completed to agreed standards. Conduct stock lists and receive daily instructions from the client.
Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 6 hours, five days a week.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning role is expected.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
A keen eye for detail to identify areas that require special attention or improvement.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cleaning equipment as needed.
Familiarity with using various cleaning tools and products.
The ability to follow instructions.
Reliability and punctuality to ensure cleaning schedules are met consistently.
