Duties
- Taking and processing orders by telephone, email and through our website.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and social media.
- Building strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Uploading orders into our third-party hauliers' systems.
- Organising and scheduling deliveries with external haulage partners.
- Coordinating deliveries through our in-house delivery team.
- Managing delivery queries, changes and issues.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information.
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the customer service function.
Qualifications
Experience within the equestrian industry, or a genuine passion for horses and equestrianism, is highly desirable.
- Confident and professional when dealing with customers.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident using computers and learning new systems.
- A natural problem solver who takes responsibility.
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to get involved.
- A positive team player with a hands-on approach.

For those who would really like to get involved and enjoy all things horses, there will also be opportunities to attend some of the greatest equestrian events, trade shows and assist our Commercial & Operations Director in several vast range of experiences within the equestrian industry. (This isn't a requirement of the role but very much open to those who would like to get involved and have the flexibility to work away - these too will be paid opportunities)
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
