We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Radiologist Relationship and Engagement Advisor on a fixed-term basis to join our People Team.
In this role, you will be the champion of the radiologist experience, ensuring our international cohort of veterinary radiologists feels supported, valued, and empowered to deliver their best work every day.
Your Role & Impact
You will manage the radiologist talent pipeline, nurture our existing team, and facilitate seamless recruitment. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied:
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, providing solution-focused guidance and conducting regular engagement check-ins.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting top-tier talent to managing offers and onboarding.
- Support & Wellbeing: Proactively support radiologist wellbeing, professional satisfaction, and help coordinate leave plans and "welcome back" support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical, training, and rota teams to align support with radiologist development needs and ensure operational coverage.
- Global Presence: Represent VET.CT at international industry events, strengthening ties with our community and engaging prospective talent.
