Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality cleaning standards
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety compliance
- Assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload, ensuring timely completion of all duties
- Communicate effectively with guests to address any special requests or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance issues
- Drive the use of proper cleaning equipment and products while adhering to health and safety regulations
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with a focus on supervision or team leadership
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with staff and interact with guests
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
