We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at one of our conference venues in Cambridge, CB3 9AL.
Please note that this is a zero hour contract. You'll work on a rota basis, as needed, including evenings and weekends.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of lunch and dinner café services, as well as a variety of events including formal dinners, receptions, meetings and conferences. You’ll help with the set-up, smooth running and clear-down of events, ensuring guests receive a friendly and professional service throughout.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
- Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Have excellent customer service and social skills
- Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
- Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team
- Be customer focused
- Have basic food knowledge
- Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
