We’re looking for a Front of House team member to join us at Winyard’s Gap, our busy country pub and dining room in Chedington.
You’ll be working mainly in our dining room — welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks and making sure everything runs smoothly.
But for us, great service is about more than taking an order and carrying plates.
It’s about noticing the little things. Knowing when someone needs another drink. Checking that everything is just right. Remembering a guest’s preference. Making people feel looked after.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, friendly and naturally good with people
- Confident and organised, even when we’re busy
- Someone who genuinely enjoys looking after others
- Proud of what they do and keen to do things properly
- A great team player who is happy to muck in
We’d like you to have some experience in a customer service or service role, but you don’t need to have worked in a dining room before. If you have the right attitude and enjoy looking after people, we can teach you the rest.
