Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse Level 3 to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children in your care
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
- Lead daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and play sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting developmental milestones and sharing insights with parents during meetings
- Manage the nursery team by providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong management and leadership skills to oversee daily activities and team coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety procedures, and safeguarding policies
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in caring for young children
- Valid driving license is preferred for roles requiring transportation or home visits
