Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks within our busy café environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages in accordance with company standards, including specialised coffee drinks.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including sanitising work surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Handle card transactions only .
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when required.
- Manage stock levels, restock supplies, and notify management of low inventory items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
- Ability to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the workspace tidy and supplies well-stocked.
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
