Sports Coach – Beyond Boundaries Birmingham CIC
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Flexible hours
Pay: £15 to £20 hourly
Working days: Tuesday, Thursday and Weekends
Beyond Boundaries Birmingham CIC is an inclusive community organisation providing sports and physical activity sessions for children and adults with autism and additional needs. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, patient and reliable coaches who are passionate about making a positive impact.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, structured and inclusive sports sessions
- Support children and adults with autism in a safe and encouraging environment
- Work as part of a coaching team (lead and support roles available)
- Ensure sessions run smoothly and follow safeguarding procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and partner organisations
What We’re Looking For
- Some form of sporting qualification (e.g., coaching badge, sports leadership award, fitness qualification, or equivalent)
- A positive, calm and supportive attitude
- Reliability and good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience with additional needs is helpful but not essential
