We are looking for a professional, reliable and experienced SIA-licensed Security Officer to provide security at our busy restaurant drive-through in Bradford.
The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, calm and secure environment for staff and customers, particularly during busy and late-night periods.
Responsibilities
● Provide a visible security presence around the restaurant and drive-through.
● Deter anti-social behaviour, harassment, intimidation and criminal activity.
● Monitor customers and vehicles and respond appropriately to incidents.
● Support staff when dealing with difficult or aggressive customers.
● Use de-escalation and conflict-management techniques wherever possible.
● Contact the police or emergency services when appropriate.
● Record and report incidents accurately.
● Follow company security procedures and maintain a professional approach at all times.
● Use physical intervention only where lawful, necessary and proportionate.
Requirements
● Valid SIA licence appropriate to the role.
● Previous security experience, preferably in restaurants, retail, hospitality or late-night premises.
● Excellent communication and conflict-management skills.
● Calm and professional under pressure.
● Reliable, punctual and presentable.
● Able to work independently.
● Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour is desirable.
We are looking for someone who prioritises prevention, professionalism and de-escalation, rather than unnecessary confrontation.
7 days a week
6pm to 11pm ours can be vary.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
