We are looking for a Registered Manager to undertake the running of two EBD homes (both 3 bed) in Southport. We will consider an RM just wanting to run one too.
The provider has another 8 services across the North West and Yorkshire, all with a good rating and background.
The services are running and work with young people between the ages of 8-17 with EBD, mental health complexities and various care needs. The services have been renovated and are based in nice areas in Southport, both within walking distance from each other, and the office too.
The role is Permanent, 40 hours per week 9am-5pm, with scope for working outside these hours when needed. We are looking at giving an RM the chance to undertake just one home £50k or dual registering £70k for both.
Roles Include:
- Being responsible with the day to day running of the service, including staff management, one to one support, rota's appraisals, on shift work and OFSTED paperwork.
- Championing care and ensuring each young person's needs are being met, in line with OFSTED requirements.
- Able to diversify and work both in office, with clients and with staff
Experience Required:
- Minimum one year experience as an OFSTED RM/Deputy Manager - will consider strong Deputy
- NVQ5 Residential Childcare- Essential
- Driver with own vehicle- Essential
