The role
As Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café and for leading and supporting our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and supporting the front-of-house team
- Overseeing daily café operations
- Maintaining excellent customer service and high standards
- Organising staff and managing daily service
- Training and developing team members
- Monitoring stock and working with suppliers
- Ensuring food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Dealing confidently with customers and resolving issues when needed
- Helping the team during busy periods and getting stuck in wherever needed
About you

Hospitality and leadership experience is preferred, ideally around three years, but we’re particularly interested in finding someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
