Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial situations using basic math skills to determine suitable mortgage options
- Provide clear, transparent advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment plans
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process from initial consultation to approval
- Stay informed about current market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during all client interactions
- Manage documentation accurately and efficiently to support loan processing and approval procedures
Qualifications
- Experience or background in financial services or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- New Build experience required but not essenitial
- Strong proficiency in basic math for calculations related to interest rates, payments, and affordability assessments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulations and market conditions
