Job Overview
We are seeking an Extrusion Operator to join our Team D Extrusion team. The successful candidate will work alongside and assist the Extrusion Line Leaders and Extrusion Senior Operators in ensuring the Extrusion lines are running effectively and OEE targets are being achieved. The candidate will need to have a positive can do professional working attitude and be focused on achieving shift targets and goals.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team in achieving OEE targets
- Allocation of raw materials to extrusion lines
- Collection of finished product
- Helping with non-conformance investigations
- Following strict health and food safety regulations
- Continuous improvement
- Supporting other areas and departments when required
- Cleanliness and organisation of working area
Skills
- FLT licence is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Good level of spoken and written English is essential
- Familiarity with a production environment is preferred but not essential
You will work on the rotating 4-week/ 28 day DuPont pattern, 14 shifts in every 28-day period working a combination of 12-hour day & night shifts (6:00-18:00 & 18:00-6:00) with 1 full week off in every 4 weeks.
Week 1: 4-night shifts > Week 2: 3-day shifts & 3-night shifts > Week 3: 4-day shifts > Week 4: OFF

Pay: £36,069.00-£38,582.00 per year
