Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage daily brewery production activities, coordinating brewing schedules and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Oversee supply chain operations related to raw materials procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination using ERP systems such as SAP.
- Maintain strict quality control standards by monitoring production parameters, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure mechanical systems and equipment are operating optimally; oversee assembly and repair of brewing machinery.
- Drive continuous improvement projects across production lines by utilizing data-driven insights and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for all production records, batch tracking, and compliance reports in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing brewery or manufacturing production processes with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to brewing equipment, assembly processes, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as BREWW or similar platforms for supply chain management and inventory control.
- Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement strategies, and inventory optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safety-first environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an active approach to troubleshooting mechanical or process issues promptly.
- Knowledge of quality control protocols specific to beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
