Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including bathrooms, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Change bed linens and towels in accordance with hotel standards.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use.
- Assist in the laundry department as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues to promote a friendly atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
