In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly.
- Change linens, make beds, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are well-stocked.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Keep storage areas organized and manage cleaning supplies responsibly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude while providing exceptional service to all guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment at all times.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
