As a Compliance Executive, you'll be at the heart of every JLR Experience - the administrative engine that keeps activities, venues, and people running to the highest standards of compliance, safety, and sustainability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the completion of JLR SHARP audits across the Global team and venues
- Keep the JLRE Zero Harm plan current and fit for purpose
- Coordinate timely reviews of risk assessments for venues and Fen End-based activity
- Manage the annual review and update of the departmental Data Records Inventory Management system
- Own the JLRE Network Tracker and support the drafting of licences for JLRE Global Operations
- Represent JLRE at Health & Safety Committee meetings, bringing insight and input
- Oversee auditing of JLRE venue utility stores, liaising with British Engineering on compliance inspections
- Ensure JLR Way documents are cascaded to JLRE venues and kept up to date
- Build your product and brand knowledge through ongoing training aligned to the role
- Act as the key contact within Global Operations for gathering and reporting data and KPIs
- Coordinate the supply of JLR-sourced Product Expert uniform
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities, adept at structuring workloads, anticipating bottlenecks, and driving tasks through to completion
- A proactive, intuitive approach to getting things done
- Confident communicator, comfortable in both written and verbal formats
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and wider Office 365 skills, with the ability to gather, manipulate and report on data
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
- An appreciation of the JLR business and its core products – full product and brand training provided
- A natural collaborator, happy to support colleagues as a local point of expertise
- Confidence and polish, with an awareness of social etiquette in guest-facing environments
- A full, clean driving licence
Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
