Job Overview:
Due to continued growth SBC Builders Ltd require a multi skilled operative to join our existing workforce .
Preferred candidates to be multi skilled and have ability to turn hand to various trades including bricklaying , plastering , plumbing, groundworks and Joinery.
Works generally involve working in Social Housing Voids and occasional occupied properties undertaking general maintenance
Other projects will involve working on Private extensions and refurbishments
Sites throughout the North East but generally , Co Durham & Teesside
Requirements -
- CSCS Card Required.
- Own tools required.
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 5 Years Construction experience
- Social Housing / Refurbishment experience preferred
Benefits -
- £16 - £18 per Hour (Rate of pay determined by experience)
- 20 Days Holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays
- Works Van / or Transport in company vehicle (from central location) depending on location
- Progression within company for right candidate
