Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must demonstrate:
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Quantitative Finance or a closely related quantitative discipline
Strong academic foundation in Mathematics and/or Statistics at undergraduate level
Derivative modelling experience , with a sound understanding of quantitative pricing and financial instruments
Strong Python programming skills , with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance quantitative models and analytical tools
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Quant Research team, you will:
- Maintain and improve a range of quantitative models used across the team's research activities.
- Support the development of systematic quantitative investment strategies across multiple asset classes.
- Assist in producing research publications, presentations, market analysis, and investment insights.
- Analyse financial and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with industry-leading data platforms including Bloomberg and FactSet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Research, Sales, Structuring, and Engineering teams.
- Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new quantitative models and frameworks.
- Gain exposure to real-world applications of quantitative research within a global investment banking environment.
