Beautiful pub with function room and letting rooms requiring a part time cook/chef to work alongside our kitchen manager.
The most suitable candidate will have experience in working in a busy kitchen and keeping the it to a high standard.
The clientele consists mainly of an older generation who appreciate traditional meals and a good roast dinner (not carvery) as well as wedding receptions and other large events.
The working hours will ‘typically’ fall between Wednesday and Sunday.
Must be capable of catering for large functions and roasts for large numbers.
References required.
