Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data aligns with company records
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense reporting
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data management
- Prior experience in bookkeeping essential
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
