We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse assistant Manager to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, leading a team, solving problems quickly, and making sure every detail is right. You’ll be overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, supporting the team, improving processes where needed, and helping us maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment. A strong eye for detail is especially important in this role, as accuracy across stock, packing, deliveries, and warehouse organisation really matters.

What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Managing goods in, goods out, stock control, and order fulfilment
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team
- Making sure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Keeping stock organised and monitoring inventory levels carefully
- Spotting errors, discrepancies, or issues before they become bigger problems
- Looking for ways to improve systems and make processes more efficient
- Working with couriers, suppliers, and any third-party logistics partners
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Training team members on warehouse procedures and equipment where needed
- Helping create a positive, hardworking, and supportive team environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Someone practical, proactive, and highly organised
- A confident team leader who can motivate others and lead by example
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and stock management
- Experience using warehouse or stock systems
- Forklift experience is a bonus
- Someone who can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A problem-solver who enjoys improving the way things are done
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 37.5 per week
