About The Team:
The Planning team is the most data-driven team at HelloFresh: we plan, schedule and analyse the production of every box before it reaches our hungry customers across the UK. It's a team where technical skill genuinely moves the needle, and where the right person can make a real mark. This role is based in Derby, in our largest DC in Europe.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Production Planning: Develop and coordinate production plans, including generating accurate and efficient rack plans to support operational requirements.
- Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyse and interpret data using Snowflake, Google Sheets, Excel and Databricks to identify trends, solve operational challenges and provide clear, actionable information to site teams. Support key areas including menu planning and The Barn.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending and leading meetings to gather feedback, understand requirements and provide clear direction to the planning team.
- Data Management & Systems: Accurately upload and maintain key operational data, including box and recipe volumes, within PCS, an internal planning system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Who You Are:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, ask the right questions and constructively push back when required.
- Technical knowledge of Snowflake, SQL and/or Databricks, with the ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to create, interpret and troubleshoot complex formulas.
- Experience developing AI-powered tools or solutions, demonstrating an ability to identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes.
- Proven experience in a planning role, with a strong understanding of planning processes and operational requirements.
