We’re looking for a Treasury Officer on Secondment/Fixed Term Basis until 31st of March 2027, to provide operational and administrative support to our Treasury Operations and Property Information teams. In this role you will support the day-to-day running of Treasury Operations, helping to ensure effective cash flow management and liquidity monitoring. This will include assisting with daily cash flow forecasts, monitoring cash against liquidity requirements, preparing payments and loan movement requests when required.
You will also prepare monthly treasury reports covering the loan portfolio, scheduled interest payments and fee payments. As part of this, you will prepare payment instructions, coordinate payment confirmations with lenders, and monitor intercompany lending against covenant limits.
In addition, you will provide wider administrative support across Treasury Operations and the Property Information team. This will include processing purchase orders and invoices, supporting document signing and sealing, managing Land Registry data, monitoring the team inbox, responding to lender queries, and helping with other team activities as required.
This role can be based in our London or Sittingbourne office and offers a hybrid working role with the option to work from home 3 days per week. Home-working days will be agreed with your line manager.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in treasury and/or finance and a keen interest in developing your treasury career
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence handling confidential information
