We have an exciting opportunity to join our Elgin 1 Factory Weighdown team on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients as per production programme in preparation for production
Work with and report to department chargehand
Follow GMP best practices
Complete traceability records
Maintain hygiene standards
Good understanding of food safety
FLT License advantageous, but not essential
Skills Required:
Team player
Good communication and literary skills
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible to cover colleagues' annual leave.
38 hours per week
5am-1:30pm (Mon- Thu) 5am-11:30 (Fri)
