About the Role
We're looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our Offsite Engineering team.
This isn't a role where you'll spend years doing one small part of a project. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, detailers and digital specialists on live projects, helping to develop practical engineering solutions that are designed to be manufactured, assembled and delivered more efficiently.
Our projects span everything from residential and commercial developments to major infrastructure and complex modular construction. You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, developing your technical skills while building an understanding of how great engineering is delivered in the real world.
As a growing team of 70 people, we're large enough to work on exciting, technically challenging projects, but small enough that everyone knows each other. You'll be supported, encouraged to ask questions, and given genuine responsibility as your confidence grows.
What You'll Do
- Support the design and development of offsite engineering solutions.
- Produce engineering calculations, drawings and technical information with guidance from senior engineers.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, digital engineers and construction specialists.
- Contribute to the development of practical, buildable and sustainable solutions.
- Attend project meetings and occasional site visits to see how designs are delivered.
- Develop your technical knowledge of modern methods of construction, digital engineering and DfMA.
- Work towards professional accreditation with the support of experienced mentors.
About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, motivated and enjoys solving problems.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree (or be due to graduate) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- A genuine interest in offsite construction and modern methods of delivery.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- A proactive attitude and an eye for detail.
Next Steps
- Apply through this advert with an up to date CV and cover letter stating why you think you’d be a good fit for us.
