Omega PLC is seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Projects Co-ordinator to join our Contracts Team. This is a fast-paced role responsible for managing and monitoring live developer sites, ensuring projects are delivered in line with both customer expectations and Omega PLC service level agreements.
This position requires a strong understanding of kitchen components, kitchen installations, and the challenges faced on live construction sites. You will work closely with developers, installation companies, Contracts Managers, Customer Care, Production Planning and Despatch teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be a confident problem solver who can work independently, remain calm under pressure, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor live developer sites from initial enquiry through to project completion.
- Process call-off information accurately and within agreed service level agreements.
- Work efficiently and at pace to meet customer and business requirements.
- Liaise with installation teams, Customer Care, Production Planning and Despatch to ensure contract timelines are achieved.
- Support off-site Contracts Managers with problem-solving and effective site management.
- Build strong relationships with developers, site personnel, installation companies and stakeholders at all levels, including company directors.
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings.
- Produce quotations and undertake minor live site amendments.
- Manage kitchen delivery schedules in line with developer deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, procedures and document control requirements.
- Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
- Obtain and secure sign-off documentation and manage any variations to site call-offs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately, including scaling directly from plans.
What We're Looking For

- Experience within a contracts, construction, kitchens or housebuilder environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen components and kitchen installation processes.
- The ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the new-build housing or developer sector.
- Experience working with contracts administration or project co-ordination.
