The Role
Due to business growth, we’re looking for a Picker to join us in our busy warehouse to help us continue to expand and improve. As Picker, you’ll pick small parts in a busy heated warehouse and office. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we maintain great customer satisfaction by fulfilling our customer orders accurately and efficiently, with other duties including labelling stock, helping with stock takes and checking off incoming orders. There is no heavy lifting however you’ll be on your feet all day picking via barcode scanners.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack, label, and organise goods for dispatch, ensuring items are secure and correctly documented.
- Maintain stock accuracy by reporting discrepancies, damaged items, or low inventory levels.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

About You
- Proven warehouse experience with a focus on picking and packing
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping & receiving protocols
- Good with small, light parts - some of our parts are very small!
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work with urgency when needed
