We're looking for a coffee enthusiast. Someone who has a keen interest in learning the skill of a Barista, along with fantastic customer service skills.
You'll join an amazing team, where you'll be trained on brand new state of the art coffee equipment, learning about coffee, and how to brew the best cup using all different methods.
You’ll be taking orders and preparing and delivering high-quality speciality drinks, cold drinks alongside pastries/prepared goods and assisting with brunch/food service.
Working front of house, you’ll be the first member of the team our customers meet. A friendly, welcoming tone is essential, alongside the ability to work well within a dynamic team environment.

Responsible For:
- A Friendly Face: Greet and engage with customers providing an attentive, friendly and knowledgable service.
- Knowledge Of Coffee: Showing a keen interest in coffee. With a strong understanding of coffee origins, roasting techniques, brewing methods and dialing in espresso.
- Front Of House Service: Taking orders and preparing various hot and cold drinks as well as working closely with the kitchen staff.
- Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about seasonal menu changes, daily specials and brunch offerings in order to make recommendations and answer customers’ questions confidently.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders and front of house equipment. Conduct routine checks to ensure everything is working correctly and safely.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock control by reporting low supplies, receiving deliveries and rotating stock appropriately.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Follow food safety guidelines and keep workstations, equipment and customer areas clean and organised.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate orders, ensure quick service and maintain a smooth workflow especially during busy periods.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Enthusiastic: Keen to learn about coffee and how to serve the best quality speciality drinks.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering top-quality customer experiences.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Team Player: Willingness to jump in and help colleagues, maintain a positive attitude and work together to meet business goals.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, mornings and occasional holidays as needed.
