Salary: £12.21 per hour for Level 2 qualified practitioners / £12.71 per hour for Level 3 qualified practitioners

The Role:
As a Casual Early Years Educator, you’ll support the nursery team in creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn through play, exploration and meaningful experiences.
You’ll have the opportunity to:

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity and emotional intelligence to their practice.
Essential
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
- The ability to adapt practice to meet the individual needs of each child.
- A commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience working within an early years setting.
- An interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly practice.
