Marina Projects Ltd is a marina and waterfront consultancy offering a range of consultancy services from concept design and feasibility studies through to construction and operational management. We are a dedicated team with an established and enviable reputation within the marine leisure industry. Providing support and assistance to key projects at all stages of a commission, we are seeking a professionally minded individual that has an understanding of project management skills. The successful candidate will be well organised, an excellent communicator, both written and orally and someone who can work effectively both as part of a team and independently, using their own initiative as tasks require. A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, however, we will also consider candidates with strong Level 3 qualifications, such as A levels, BTEC, T Levels or equivalent in relevant subjects, who can demonstrate initiative and an aptitude for project management.
The individual may have an amount of technical and/or operational experience within the marine sector, be a recent graduate or be seeking to begin their career after completing A levels.
The position will suit someone with the right attitude and drive to learn / develop and in return, you will be fully supported in your personal and career development.
About the Role:
The role will span a wide range of industry disciplines from data analysis, market assessments and feasibility studies through to construction administration & operational guidance. As a result, the candidate will be required to demonstrate an ability to adapt and apply themselves to a diverse portfolio of consultancy projects. The successful candidate may be expected to represent the company at client meetings, conferences, seminars or stakeholder events as appropriate. Whilst not essential, an understanding of the marine leisure industry would be an advantage.

Job Particulars:
This is a permanent full-time position based at Universal Marina, Sarisbury Green, Southampton. A valid UK driving licence is preferrable but not mandatory.
