Foremost Tree Surgeons Ltd is looking for an experienced Arborist Team Leader to join the team at our Bishop’s Waltham depot.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who can confidently lead an arboricultural team, maintain high standards of work and ensure operations are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising a team of arborists
* Organising daily workloads and coordinating site operations
* Carrying out climbing and general arboricultural duties
* Ensuring work complies with relevant safety procedures and industry standards
* Completing site checks and maintaining clear communication with management
* Taking responsibility for the quality and efficiency of completed work
* Supporting and developing other members of the team
Applicants should ideally have:
* Relevant NPTC or LANTRA qualifications
* Strong climbing and arboricultural experience
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
* A thorough understanding of safe working practices
* The ability to confidently plan and manage arboricultural operations
* A full UK driving licence
* Good communication and organisational skills
* A professional and reliable approach to work
