For our latest opening in Victoria, we are seeking an experienced and people focused General Manager who shares our values to help shape and support this exciting new opening, situated within a fantastic new build office block.
You Will:
- Build strong relationships within the local community and building, leading by example and coaching the broader team across bar and customer service.
- Maintain and manage high standards across the team and all customer touch points, working toward KPI’s and targets.
- Lead by example, acting with integrity, and maintaining strong product knowledge and respect.
- Champion and take pride in delivering great service and helping others.
- Celebrate individuality and be curious about ways to grow, build, and constantly improve.
- Be the face of the cafe that customers come back to see.
You have:
- 1 + years experience as a GM from a premium cafe or specialty coffee shop.
- Excellent coffee knowledge, including dialling in, milk texturing, and latte art
- Excellent communication skills, and experience supporting hiring and the development of a team.
- A passion for service and hospitality.
- Good understanding of stock control and H&S.
- New opening experience a plus.
