Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including drink service, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Supervise and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, and licensing requirements across all activities.
- Lead by example in serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a lively yet respectful atmosphere.
- Train new team members in serving protocols, and safety procedures.
Experience
- Must hold a Personal Licence.
- Proven experience within hospitality setting, ideally in bar management roles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- A passion for delivering excellent service is essential.
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,600.00 per year
