We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Web Designer & WordPress Developer* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing visually appealing, responsive websites and developing them according to client requirements. You will work closely with our SEO, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality websites that are optimized for performance and user experience.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop websites based on client requirements and project specifications.
* Create responsive, mobile-friendly websites using *Bootstrap UI* that provide an excellent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
* Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and efficiency while maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
* Develop and manage websites using *WordPress*, including creating databases, configuring users, and implementing website functionality.
* Customize and modify WordPress themes and marketplace themes to meet specific client requirements.
* Ensure all website designs are clean, modern, visually appealing, and aligned with client branding and concepts.
* Deploy and make websites live using *HostGator cPanel* or similar hosting control panels.
* Collaborate effectively with SEO specialists, content developers, and other internal teams to implement website features and visual elements.
* Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing improvements and maintenance when required.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in *HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and responsive web design*.
* Hands-on experience with *WordPress development*, including theme customization.
* Experience using *Elementor* and *WPBakery Page Builder* to build and customize WordPress websites.
* Experience in creating and managing databases and website users.
* Experience working with *HostGator cPanel* or similar hosting environments.
* Knowledge of website optimization techniques and best practices for performance.
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating clean and user-friendly designs.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with website migration, backups, and hosting management.
* Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website development.
* Familiarity with website security best practices.
* Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment is an advantage.
