FLOOR STAFF
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and wine selections.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
- Taking accurate orders from customers efficiently, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, adhering to proper service techniques and etiquette.
- Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, polishing silverware, and restocking supplies.
- Continuously striving to enhance the overall dining experience for guests through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong serving skills with an understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with catering services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
BAR STAFF
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met promptly.
- Serve beverages in accordance with established food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the serving area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as setting up bar areas, washing & polishing glassware, and restocking supplies.
- Continuously striving to enhance the overall dining experience for guests through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Skills

- Strong serving skills and beverage knowledge with an understanding of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
