Carmarthenshire County Council have an exciting opportunity to join the Early Years Integration Team and contribute positively to the lives of children and families within the Amman and Gwendraeth Valleys.
The postholder will be responsible for engaging with families, especially ‘hard to reach’ families providing early intervention family support.
The postholder will deliver 1:1 programmes and group work to deliver early years support and preventative work from birth through to school age.
The post requires creativity and innovation and the ability to work with families in a committed and caring manner.
Driving requirement with access to a vehicle. The postholder will be based in Drefach but will work across the Amman and Gwendraeth Valley’s
